As our population continues to boom, our cities have to not only accommodate for more, but make spaces more inviting and safe for all to enjoy. By densifying our cities we create higher sustainable living, yet without public gatherings spaces, what identity would we have? 
Diagrammatically considering our intent to follow the portage paths of Owahmenah (Saint Anthony Falls) we can understand the significance of the current metropolis surrounding the park.
